- Il Castore from the Quintino Sella refuge
Castore is one of the best-known 4000s on Monte Rosa, its silhouette stands out above the Ayas Valley and has always been a destination for mountaineers, be it for its normal route or the mixed routes on its south face.

* Duration: 2 days.
* Materials needed: Harness (included in the price), helmet (optional, included in the price) boots, ice ax, crampons, trekking poles.
* Departure at 12. Off-road taxi / ski lifts up to 2727m. Approach on foot to the Quintino Sella al Felik refuge (3600m) on an equipped path. Overnight. Ascent on a glacier to the summit of Castore 4226m. Return to the valley.

- The Pollux from the Guide Ayas refuge
The Polluce, located between the Black Rock and the Castor, stands isolated on the Verra glacier. Easily accessible from the refuge, this summit offers mixed sections on snow and rock and a fun climbing passage equipped to reach the final ridge, an extra thrill beyond the summit.

* Duration: 2 days.

* Departure at 12.00. Off-road taxi up to 2380m. Approach on foot to the Guide Ayas refuge (3400m). Overnight. Ascent on a glacier to the summit of Polluce (4100m). Return to the valley.

- Capanna Margherita
The Capanna Margherita stands “anchored” to Punta Gnifetti and was built in homage to the Queen, who loved to spend the summer holidays in Gressoney dabbling with glacier excursions at the end of the 19th century. The original core was built entirely by hand by transporting the materials on the back of a mule and working overhanging the imposing E wall of Monte Rosa, a destination not to be missed for mountaineering lovers!

* Departure at 13. Lifts to Indren (3200m). Approach on foot to the Mantova / Gnifetti refuge. Overnight. Ascent on a glacier to the Regina Margherita hut (4554m). Return to the valley with lifts.
