Now in its eighth edition in Val d’Ayas, the Yog@Monterosa Festival returns to Champoluc on 10 and 11 June, based at the MonterosaSpa auditorium. This year the organization, supported by the Municipality of Ayas, will offer free practices with teachers from different backgrounds and backgrounds such as Roberto Vitale (Centered yoga), Claudia Di Filippo (hatha flow), Michele Dalla Mura ( restorative yoga), Silvia Finaurini (vinyasa yoga), Martina Merlet (Qigong) and Susanna Molina (non-dual yoga of Kashmir).

Sound and nature will be the protagonists of the festival with the vibrations of the gong by Luca Pigaiani and the Tibetan bells by Lara Dulicchio or with the practices in nature closely connected to the marvelous mountains of the Val d’Ayas: Shin Rin Yoku, the bath in the forest with Deda Aliberti; yoga and climbing with Jacopo Alberti; yoga trekking with Marzia Mosca. A space will be dedicated to expression and communication with the Taijiquan and communication seminar by Ghislaine Sprecher and the theater show held in French by the Taiji group and theater of The Hub Champoluc ASD.

During the two days, the teachers and staff will be available for any clarifications or curiosities, they will discuss with all the participants during the closing satsang and in some cases they will offer individual coaching sessions such as that of Deda Aliberti with her tarot readings in an evolutionary key.
