FROM 1st JANUARY 2022 THE RULES CONTAINED IN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 40/2021 SHALL APPLY

Those who ski must be sober
It is prohibited to ski under the influence of alcohol or under the influence of toxicological substances.
Law enforcement can test skiers. In the event of a positive result or when there is otherwise reason to believe that the skier is in a state of psychophysical alteration resulting from alcohol or drugs, the ascertaining organs are entitled to make the assessment, also accompanying the skier to the nearest office or command.
You must be insured
The skier who uses the alpine ski slopes must have a valid insurance covering his civil liability for damage or accidents caused to third parties. When purchasing the ski pass, the cableway operator shall provide users with an insurance policy for civil liability for damage caused to persons or property.
Helmet
It is mandatory for children under 18 years of age to practice alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, sledding and tobogganing.
Those who do not comply with the new rule that requires children under 18 to wear a helmet risk an administrative penalty of 100 to 150 euros.
In general, people with disabilities must have helmets. In case of incompatibility with the use of the helmet due to the type of disability, the sports doctor may issue the certificate with the exemption.
FROM 1st APRIL 2022
According to the new law, from April 1st 2022 it won’t be necessary to show a valid Green Pass, neither basic or super, to access the lifts.

It remains mandatory to wear a Ffp2 mask on the lifts.
