Sapori d’Alta Quota

“Sapori d’Alta Quota”, slow food of the typical food products of Piedmont and Aosta Valley, is set up in a spectacular setting, at 3.000 meters of altitude in Passo dei Salati, the true heart of Monte Rosa.

Here the two regions of Monterosa meet and exchange traditions, culture and peculiarities.

The event, a must-have for local food and wines lovers, is scheduled on Sunday 21 August.

The lifts from Staffal, in the Gressoney Valley, and from Alagna, in Valsesia, up to Passo dei Salati operate continuously from 7.30am to 5pm.

The package Sapori (€ 25,00 Adults – € 20,00 Junior) includes:
– Round-trip ticket Alagna-Passo dei Salati or Gressoney (Staffal)-Passo dei Salati;
– 4 Slow Food tastings;
– Guided nature tour (meeting point with the guide: Passo dei Salati cable car exit – 10am and 2pm.

The ticket is free for children under 8 years (without tastings).
