The wine cellar is looked after by Paolo with curiosity and foresight, the cocktails are prepared with imagination and professionalism, and together we produce a crazy amount of miacce (the typical dish of Alagna): classic, extravagant and variations on a theme. From 5 o'clock in the Miacceria the aperitif starts. You can come casual, sporty, with skis on, in a tight-fitting suit or cocktail dress, but a smile is required!
