Paragliding in Valsesia is an electrifying experience. Crossing the unspoiled nature of this area, on foot or by bike is wonderful, but overlooking it while flying is truly unique!

Among the take-off points, Alpe di Mera offers a particularly interesting one. It’s the summit of Monte Camparient.

In winter you can reach it with the ski lifts, first taking the Scopello-Mera chairlift and then the Camparient one. During the summer season, you have to reach the summit on foot, in about 25 minutes walking from Mera. To get up to Mera you can use the chairlift or the road.

The flight departure is at 1.741 meters above sea level. From here the panorama is sensational! And not only on Monte Rosa, which offers its majestic shape to Alpe di Mera. You’re on the high border with the province of Biella, and you can admire Valsessera with its dense forest on one side, and Valsesia on the other.
