We reach the most isolated places by exerting our efforts and determination to conquer them: you will need ski bindings and heel straps, ski skins, ski mountaineering boots and the desire to walk. Ski stations have opened up the option of short climbs on foot (half an hour to forty minutes) to reach those valley passes that are perfect for off-piste skiing.
