The first edition of the Sagra of Santset (Typical Sausage Festival) will take place in the highly evocative medieval village of Pontboset 30th December, from 6:30 p.m.. You will be able to walk along the main street and taste our traditional food, cooked following old peasant recipes: boiled potatoes with potato salami, polenta with “quagliette“, cheese from local producers.
