Monterosa Ski introduces in its offer also three ski mountaineering tracks* (Ayas and Gressoney Valley), perfectly traced and groomed.

The law says it is forbidden to ski on a slope without a ticket and that’s why, on a trial basis, Monterosa Ski introduces the ski mountaineering ticket: € 10,00 for a daily pass** and € 80,00 for a seasonal pass  that give access to the dedicated slopes located in the higher parts of the ski area. These pass open the turnstiles at the funicular Frachey-Alpe Ciarcerio in Ayas Valley, and at the cableway Stafal-Sant’Anna and at the gondola Stafal-Gabiet in Gressoney Valley.

Through a beautiful scenery, they allow skiers to reach the valley next: from Ciarcerio in Ayas Valley it is possible to ski mountaineering up to Colle Betta, ski down to Stafal, have some rest on the gondola towards Gabiet, enjoy another uphill with skins to Passo dei Salati, ski all the way down to Stafal, take the cableway to Sant’Anna for the last uphill towards Colle Betta and finally finish with a descent towards Ciarcerio. Not too bad as training, isn’t it?

The Monterosa Ski skimo tracks* offer different lengths and difficulties on perfectly traced and groomed dedicated slopes.

Then, if you want to go beyond your own limits do not miss, on 2022, the famous MonterosaSkiAlp, the evening race handle by the Monterosa Ski technical Staff.

**The ticket allows, in one day, to use one uplift for each lift leading to the Ski Alp tracks and one downlift with the funicular in Frachey. Resuming: 1 uplift with the funicular Frachey-Ciarcerio + 1 uplift with the cableway Stafal-Sant’Anna + 1 uplift with the gondola Stafal-Gabiet + 1 downlift with the funicular in Frachey. It won’t be possible to use the same lift for more than one uplift a day.
