Loop Cycle-pedestrian path that crosses the most suggestive and panoramic points of the Alpe di Mera, with a view of Valsesia and Monte Rosa.
The starting point is the arrival station of the chairlift in Mera. From here the route continues in the direction of Campo, as indicated by the yellow sign with the indication 2a, and the symbol of a bicycle, which will show you the direction to follow.
You will also find directions on the maxi-map, right in front of the chairlift. From the Campo area, where the playground is located, go up steeply until you meet the Mera-Meggiana cycle/pedestrian path number 2.
When you have met it, turn left, again in the direction of the town of Mera and follow it, almost completely flat. After about 1.5 km you will reach the Boschetto area, where you can stop for a break on the terrace of the bar-restaurant, and quickly descend back to the starting point. Along the way, you come across the main points of interest of Alpe di Mera, including the church of the Madonna della Neve, the picnic areas, the Piero bar-restaurant and the playgrounds.
