Cycle and pedestrian ring route in Mera – PCV 2a

A path to discover Mera, easy and panoramic!

It’s a ring-one, merged in the pastures of Alpe di Mera, and can be traveled on foot or by bike.

The starting point is the upper station of the Scopello-Mera chairlift. From here you will continue towards Campo area and then climb easily until you meet the Mera-Meggiana cycle path. One of the advantages of this ride or walk is precisely to travel this panoramic stretch. It moves at high altitude over a wide terrain with very little difference in height. Follow the cycle path in the direction of Mera, and after about 1.5 km you will arrive at the Bar al Boschetto area. Finally, with a rapid descent, you will return to the starting point.

An itinerary suitable for everyone, even for those who walk or ride with family!

During the track you will meet the main points of interest of Alpe di Mera. The small church of the Madonna della Neve, the picnic areas, the historic Bar Piero just restored, the playground and almost all the mountain restaurants, ready to welcome you and prepare for you a traditional and tasty snack or lunch!
