From the Verrès motorway exit, go up the Val d'Ayas (SR45) for about 17 km to Brusson. From here continue until you reach the parking lots of the artificial lake, visible on the left. Here is the entrance to the path no. 1, after the wooden bridge.

*Description of the route*

Sunny path that runs along the stream, alternating large snowy meadows and coniferous woods, until you reach the hamlet of Extrepieraz. Also suitable for beginners and children, it is a pedestrian path. Possibility to connect to paths 2 - 3 and 5.
