Fontainemore-Punta Prial
Leave the car at Fontainemore and drive to the village of Borney. From here, take the path marked with trail marker No. 1, which climbs up through the forest for a fairly steep stretch to the village of Chateroux. Continue, turning slightly to the right, as far as the chapel of Coulot and, climbing further, you reach the village of Kiry. Here, amidst sparse larch trees, the trail, which is finally gentler, continues towards the alpine pastures of Ceve and Chalasc.
The path, again steeper, then leads to the Nantrè and Prial alpine pastures. In the last section, the path, which is hardly visible, crosses the higher pastures and leads towards the Prial pass, recognisable by a cross. Follow the ridge to the right to reach the anticima, where the signposts end. Please note that the ascent to the summit involves moderate mountaineering difficulties.
