After reaching the parking lot in Località Pillaz, continue along the inter-pasture road following trail marker No. 2 in the direction of Lake Vargno.
Following the road as far as the bridge below the Mattà alpine pasture, you will come across the marker post for trail No. 2A; taking the path, continue on the level for about fifty meters and then climb into the woods upstream of the huts and shortly reach the Grangéas alpine pasture. Past this, you follow several small valleys until you reach a fork that leads to the still-used "Pere Bionche" pasture. Leaving the huts on the left, continue for about a quarter of an hour until you meet some ruins, where you take the path on the right that leads, after several hairpin bends, to Colle Gragliasca. From here it is possible to reach Lac Torretta (Lé di Fournoil) and Colle Marmontana, crossing the Alta via number 1.
