The family-run business, located 1700 metres above sea level at the foot of the Monte Rosa glaciers, was founded in 2002 with an initial field of small fruits and génépy.
What was initially just a summer activity, thanks to the cooperation of the whole family, has been successful step by step, with a steady increase in demand for the products from customers.
Growth has not, however, made them lose sight of what has always been the real atout of their products: freshness and quality, as well as the integrated production method that adheres to the specifications.
In 2020, the sales outlet and a processing workshop were created where fruit and vegetables from the garden become herbal teas, jams and delicious ready-to-use mixes; these products are particularly appreciated for their flavours and ease of preparation.
Weed control is carried out mechanically without the use of herbicides. Fresh and genuine products with high organoleptic qualities, totally free of chemical residues and available in periods normally considered 'out of season'. The company participates in the 'Ayas a km0' project. Products are sold directly on the farm or through street markets in the area.
